Job Summary:The Field Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating inquiries, building relationships with stakeholders, and facilitating payment collection.Primary Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market to identify opportunities for growth.Establish and maintain strong relationships with graduates, employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and unorganized sector workforce to generate a database of eligible candidates.Travel extensively to outreach locations to facilitate lead generation and expand the base of locations.Cultivate a deep understanding of course information and ensure its accurate dissemination to students.The Field Sales Specialist is also responsible for overseeing the student admission process, updating systems regularly, and contributing to batch occupancy and launch.
