You will also support operational coordination, including managing workflows, ensuring task deadlines, and maintaining records.RequirementsEssential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:Strong experience in Xero and QBO, with a focus on US/UK bookkeeping and monthly close management.Experience in operations or practice support within accounting or professional services.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients across the US and UK.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Tech-savviness, with comfort working with cloud-based tools.Desirable SkillsThe following skills would be advantageous:Self-starter mentality, with ownership mindset and a willingness to take initiative.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
