We welcome you to join us Full Job Description MedChemExpress has an immediate opening for HR & Accounting Manager base in India. This is a full time position with career advancement opportunities within the company. Position: HR & Accounting Manager The HR & Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing both Human Resources and Accounting functions. This role is vital for ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate financial record-keeping, enabling the company to meet its goals in an efficient and compliant manner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including handling accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors as needed. Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger. 2. Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates. Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires. Handle employee relations and address inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and compensation. Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Conduct performance management and employee evaluation processes. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. At less 2 years of experience in a similar dual Accounting & HR role. (Must) 3. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance. 4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 5. Strong communication. Company’s website: Send Resume to:
