We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Cloud Sales Associate to join our sales team. Leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage the sales process are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Develop strategies to generate potential leads and convert them into revenue-generating clients.
Sales Execution: Communicate the value of our cloud services to prospective clients. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring that client needs are met.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
Negotiation & Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the client and the company. Ensure that sales agreements are aligned with the company’s objectives.
Alignment with Company Objectives: Stay informed about the company’s goals and ensure that your sales strategies are in line with these objectives. Contribute to the overall success of the company by meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead by example, mentoring junior sales associates and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Take initiative in driving sales efforts and developing new strategies.
Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead generation, and revenue projections to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum undergraduate (UG) qualification.
Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cloud services or a related field.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of B2B sales processes.
Basic knowledge of cloud services and the technology landscape.
Passion: A strong desire to build a career in sales, with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members. A proactive approach to taking initiative and leading sales efforts.
