Lead Generator Specialist

Job Title: Demand Generation AssociateAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled professional to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multi-channel campaigns to generate measurable results.Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, etc.).Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI.Identify opportunities for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and high-value lead targeting.Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and event organizers for campaign execution.Maintain and update CRM/marketing automation tools with accurate lead and campaign data.Key Responsibilities:Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Benefits:As a data analytics and enterprise planning powerhouse, Polestar Solutions helps its customers bring out the most sophisticated insights from their data in a value-oriented manner.
