We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist. This role will involve working from our fantastic office in Vadodara, which boasts impressive views, flexible working hours, and a team of talented and dedicated IT experts.:Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online platforms.Research and identify potential clients across offshore markets (U.S., U.K., Europe, Middle East, APAC).Extract and enrich lead data from tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, data scrapers, and other prospecting platforms.Build and maintain a lead database with accurate and updated information.Work closely with the sales team to share qualified leads for further engagement.Track and manage daily outreach activities using CRM tools.Follow up consistently on warm and previously contacted leads.Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.Report lead metrics and activity status to the senior.:01 to 02 years of experience in lead generation or demand generation (preferably in the IT/software services industry).Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers.Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated to work independently.Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, or Power BI solutions (preferred but not mandatory).Interested candidates can share their CV at:Mob No: -, - #LeadGeneration#Hiring#SalesJobs#VadodaraJobs#ITJobs#NowHiring#B2BSales#ApplyNow
