Role Title: Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

Location: Gurugram, Work from Office, Full Time

CTC: Up to 5 LPA + 2 LPA performance-based incentives


We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at Anveshan. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with customers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and contributing to the growth of the company.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead Management and Conversion: Handle pre-qualified leads and inbound leads from marketing campaigns, actively engaging with potential customers to drive sales conversions.
  • Customer Engagement: Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to engage customers, generate interest in Anveshan’s products, and address their queries professionally.
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to recommend additional products to new and existing customers.
  • Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure smooth movement of opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Stay updated with customer needs and competitor offerings to provide feedback for product improvements and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Anveshan’s products and services to effectively address customer needs and position solutions.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional entry-level candidates with the right attitude and learning ability will also be considered.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of the complete sales cycle, including performance metrics, customer engagement techniques, and pipeline management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure, meet high outbound activity goals, and adapt to dynamic priorities.
  • Motivation: A self-starter attitude with a solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
