Programme Manager Role SummaryThe Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment for MBA students, driving their academic, professional and social development.This position is responsible for managing the programme office and designing initiatives that enrich student experiences, while strengthening industry connections through strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Experience and Engagement:Develop and implement a holistic student experience plan encompassing academic, co-curricular and professional development activities, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.Serve as the key interface between students and the programme office, ensuring consistent communication and timely resolution of queries.Industry Interface and Networking:Oversee planning and execution of industry engagement events such as leadership talks, panel discussions and networking sessions, facilitating meaningful interactions between students and industry experts.Facilitate industry-based projects, live assignments and experiential learning opportunities for students, enhancing their employability and career prospects.Event and Experience Management:Lead end-to-end planning, logistics and execution of academic and student events within the programme, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful student experiences.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes and enhance overall student satisfaction.Develop an annual calendar of student engagement and industry interaction activities, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.Programme Coordination:Support academic operations, including orientation, scheduling and communication related to courses and assessments, ensuring smooth programme delivery.Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to enhance overall programme delivery and student satisfaction, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
