Our team of young creators aims to help brands catch eyeballs and make waves across social media through our expertise in digital media.Role DescriptionJoin Our Talent Management/ Business Management/ Creators Management Team at Monk-E You will get the opportunity to oversee and execute influencer marketing campaigns while working alongside incredibly experienced and dynamic team.o Manage all aspects of the influencer - business, PR, collabs, brand value.o Develop and execute brand deals for the influencero Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and KOLso Attend relevant events for networking and business purposeso Liaise with the creative team to build fresh content with the influencero Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaignso Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencerso Scout relevant and emerging influencers and sign them on-boardRequirements:-o Proven track record in outreach campaign strategieso Impeccable verbal and written communication skillso Well organized with excellent time management skillso Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillso Proficiency in email communication, Excel, PPTo A ton of patience and empathy (dealing with creators will need this)Experience - Min 2 years of experience (In Influencer Marketing / Talent Management)Qualification - GraduateLocation – Mumbai (Andheri West)Interested candidates can mail their CVs to careers@monk-e.in with the subject line "Talent Manager"Immediate joiners are preferredQualifications- Experience in managing creators and talents- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills- Knowledge of creators ecospace- Experience working with in the influencer marketing space is a plus
