Job Summary: The Compensation Partner would be responsible for supporting business units and collaborate with HR business partner and roll out of management of company’s compensation programs. Attend meetings, provide guidance, and champion compensation programs for the Units. Implementing and maintaining compensation policies and structures that align with the company’s strategic goals. The role involves analyzing compensation data, ensuring compliance with legal standards, building strong incentive and bonus plans and providing guidance to HR on compensation-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing guidance on compensation programs
Support and Implement compensation structures that align with the company’s objectives.
Budget working and providing Analysis on budget utilization
Solutioning and addressing compensation-related challenges.
Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, variable bonuses, and sales incentives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related issues.
Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
Manage compensation-related projects and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in compensation management role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be agile and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in a similar industry.
