Job Description:As a Creative Video Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that meets the project requirements. The successful candidate will have experience in video production and editing, with a strong understanding of cinematic principles and audio mixing.Responsibilities:Develop short 10-second videos from supplied scripts/promptsEnsure every video includes realistic audio tracks and sound FX synced with motionFollow detailed shot descriptions and maintain metadata: script, timestamps of edits, and diarized transcriptDeliver 80% local edits (object/character change, attribute modification, insertion/removal) and 20% global edits (background, lighting, environmental, or stylistic)Uphold five quality pillars – face morphing, motion realism, text rendering, shot-cut coherence, and multi-object interactionWork closely with our QA and annotation teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with the 'no-AI' policyRequirements:Minimum 3 years professional experience in video production/editing or post-productionProficiency with Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/Da Vinci Resolve/Aft EffectsStrong understanding of cinematic principles – camera angles, lensing, lighting, and continuityAbility to perform complex frame-level edits (object insertion, rotoscoping, compositing, color grading, background replacement)Familiarity with audio mixing and Foley/SFX creationProven record of delivering broadcast-quality or branded content within tight deadlinesMust own or have access to a professional editing workstation and studio setup capable of 4K workflow and secure data handlingWhat We Offer:Competitive rates based on experience and qualityBonuses for consistency, zero-rework delivery, and meeting 98% QA accuracy targetsOpportunity to work on a large-scale video-generation and editing project for a global clientHow to Apply:Portfolio link or demo reelTwo required 10-second samples (original + edit)Equipment/studio details and availability window
