Hope you are doing wellGreetings from Peoplefy Info SolutionsWe have an opening for Talent Acquisition Partner– one of the leading organizations, for Bangalore Hybrid Location.Please find below the further details:Experience: 10 to 14 YearsJob Location: Bangalore / HybridPrimary Skills: Talent Acquisition, Strategic Hiring, Employer Branding, Recruitment AnalyticsResponsibilities:- Exhibit a solution & advisory-oriented mindset.- Act as a Strategic Talent Advisor – go beyond filling roles and work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals.- Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing channels, engage passive candidates, and leverage networks to find top talent.- Partner with Leadership, HR, and Hiring Managers to facilitate a strategic, efficient recruiting process.- Provide direction, mentoring, and training to the recruiting team.- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for respective business units.- Lead global talent acquisition projects and contribute to process improvements and best practices.- Be the Employer Brand Advocate, ensuring a positive candidate & stakeholder experience.- Develop meaningful relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.- Source and identify qualified candidates for current and future job openings.- Conduct talent analytics to support business decisions and accelerate performance.- Recruit efficiently to improve KPIs, meet industry benchmarks, and achieve hiring deadlines for business-critical roles.Qualifications / Requirements:- Extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding with a proven track record of executing strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze patterns and make structured decisions.- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across teams.- Expertise in recruitment metrics and talent analytics to support data-driven hiring decisions.- Forward-thinking approach, anticipating future talent needs and developing proactive recruitment strategies.- Open to innovation and emerging recruitment technologies, ensuring a competitive edge in hiring practices.If interested, kindly revert resume to mary.an@peoplefy.com and share the below details:- Total Exp.: –- Relevant Exp. in Talent Acquisition: –- Experience in Strategic Hiring / Leadership Hiring: –- Team Handling Exp.
