Job Purpose:
Identifying and executing growth strategies within J M Baxi’s container division. This role focuses on capturing new market opportunities, enhancing client relationships, and expanding operations through location-specific and asset-based strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Growth & Market Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies to expand J M Baxi’s container business, focusing on geographic markets and high-potential segments.
- Location-Specific Opportunity Analysis: Analyze regional markets to identify growth opportunities, key clients, and strategic positioning advantages.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Target high-value clients and forge partnerships to strengthen market presence and revenue.
- Asset Identification for Business Expansion: Identify and assess key assets that can enhance service offerings, expand business opportunities, and attract new customer segments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure business strategies align with operational capabilities and client needs.Interface with operational teams for meeting client expectations including delivering SLA’s. Help in network planning & capacity planning aligned with client requirement.
Education & Experience:
MBA in Sales & Business Development with 10 to 12 years in business development with container terminal/shipping segment.
