Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveCompany: SuperLabsLocation: Thane West (Onsite only)Experience: 2 to 5 years in IT resource augmentation salesAnnual Salary Package: INR 1,20,000 to INR 4,20,000 per annumJob Description:SuperLabs is seeking a Business Development Executive with a proventrack record in IT resource augmentation sales to join our dynamic team.As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role indriving our growth by identifying and acquiring new businessopportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients in the IT resource augmentationsector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understandtheir needs.- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenuetargets.- Effectively communicate SuperLabs' services and value proposition toclients.- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions toclients.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in themarket.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in IT resource augmentation sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Supplemental pay types: Commission pay, Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate: Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
