Deerns is an independent mechanical, electrical & piping engineering consultancy firm specialized in the design of highly complex buildings like Hospital, Data Centers, Airport, Life Science and Electronics. With a global footprint Deerns is specialized in delivering state of the art Hospital projects across India, Europe, Latin America, and South-East Asia. This is an opportunity to be a part of an established and expanding Healthcare sector with as location our office in Mumbai. Deerns is a company that was founded 95+ years ago. Our Global Healthcare Sector director and team in Mumbai are looking for a Sector Assistant Healthcare to coordinate and support the further development and growth of our Healthcare business in India and globally. Requirements: Degree Qualified – Mechanical- or Electrical Engineering / Healthcare management Advanced language ability, minimum English and Hindi (both written and spoken) Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural settings Typically, 2 -6 years' experience in a similar role. · Knowledge of financial management programs, like Vision, Power BI, Vantage point etc · Familiarity with Indian engineering regulations. · Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work Very good proactive communicator Quick follow-up Key Activities Support the Sector Director Healthcare with scheduling internal meetings with international Unit Directors and Account Managers of Deerns Support the Sector Director Healthcare with scheduling external meetings with key accounts in the Healthcare Sector · Support the Operations director in scheduling external meetings with clients in the Indian Healthcare Sector Continuously update financial management programs like Vantage point to keep track of leads, proposals, turnover of Healthcare projects globally. This in cooperation with the Sector Director Healthcare, Unit Directors and business developers. Coordinating-, integrating contributions team members, preparing lay-out proposals Performing market research studies Preparing Minutes of Meeting internal- and external meetings Support Sector Director in preparation financial reports Marketing activities to support the development of Healthcare activities globally. Business development This role would be ideally suited to someone who is passionate about healthcare sector and who is communicative and creative.
