Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote products or services to customers.10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and enhance the customer experience.Candidate Requirements:1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.4. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
