This full-time, junior-level role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in sales and customer interaction while supporting international business operations.Qualifications and SkillsExcellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with international clients over voice calls and emails, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every conversation.Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill) required to drive outbound sales processes, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth through effective persuasion and product knowledge.Outbound sales experience (Mandatory skill) is essential for handling B2B or B2C calls, generating leads, and closing sales with international customers.Active Listening abilities to understand client concerns, respond appropriately, and build strong long-term relationships with customers from different cultures.Time Management skills are required to handle high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and meet daily and weekly performance metrics efficiently.Problem Solving capability to address customer queries, provide solutions promptly, and resolve escalations with a customer-centric approach.Prior experience in voice process will be an advantage, as the role focuses on communicating through international inbound and outbound calls.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, committed to continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound calls for international clients during day shift, ensuring all communications meet company standards.Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets by promoting solutions and services to potential customers on international calls.Identify customer needs, upsell relevant products or services, and build rapport for increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.Document call details accurately, update customer records, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.Resolve customer complaints, queries, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive outcomes for both client and company.Collaborate with team members, sales leaders, and supervisors to achieve team goals and ensure seamless process flow.Adapt to new sales strategies, scripts, and best practices periodically based on business requirements and international trends.Participate actively in training sessions and contribute feedback for ongoing process improvements to enhance team productivity.
