Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled trader to leverage our proprietary research pipelines, execution engines and low-latency technology to maximize profit while maintaining disciplined risk management.Active trading of cryptocurrencies and digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real-time.Development, deployment, monitoring and refinement of discretionary and systematic strategies.Risk exposure management within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.Maintenance of detailed records of trades, strategies and market conditions to inform iteration and research.Collaboration with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.Staying current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics and market microstructure developments.Key Responsibilities:Trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real-time.Develop and deploy discretionary and systematic strategies.Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.Keep detailed records of trades, strategies and market conditions.Collaborate with quant researchers and engineers.Stay current with market developments.Requirements:Ability to actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with financial markets and instruments.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.
