We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RevOps professional to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our CRM data, managing day-to-day operations in our sales forecasting tool, and owning the documentation and periodic updates of Rules of Engagement (RoEs).Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Pipeline Hygiene:Maintain accurate and complete data in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and reporting.Collaborate with regional RevOps leads and Sales/Marketing teams to conduct regular audits of pipeline data.Rules of Engagement (RoEs)Owning documentation and governance of existing RoEs.Collecting stakeholder feedback for RoE updation.Supporting RevOps leadership in resolving RoE-related disputes by maintaining clarity in ownership and processes.Sales Forecasting OperationsManaging day-to-day operations and hygiene in the sales forecasting tool.Ensuring forecasting inputs are reliable and system usage remains consistent across GTM teams.Tracking proper utilization of the tool as a forecasting tool across the company.Ad-hoc AnalysisDriving on-demand analysis, data pulls, and insights generation for RevOps and GTM stakeholders.Partnering with senior analysts to support deeper analytics and dashboard builds.Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or an analytics-oriented role in a SaaS/product company.Strong proficiency in data analysis with advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data quality frameworks.Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Perks & BenefitsBest-in-class medical insurance coverage.Free lunch & dinner buffet.Doorstep cab drop facility.Education sponsorship.Internal job transfer & global mobility programs.Scope to represent Whatfix at global events.We also provide uncapped incentives, bonus plans, and opportunities to employees to travel to meet our global customers.Culture PrinciplesCustomer First.Empathy.Transparency.F ail Fast and scale Fast.No Hierarchies for Communication.Deep Dive and innovate.Trust, Do it as you own it.We strive to live and breathe our Cultural Principles and encourage employees to demonstrate some of these core values.
