Strong experience in Anodization Process Industry/Electrochemical Process Industry
Role Requirement:
We want to reimagine Anodization process development and establishing manufacturing process lines for product development and commercialization. We develop technical innovative material solutions and color finishes, pushing the boundaries of performance, reliability, and manufacturing excellence with safety in electronics manufacturing.

As the leader of this multidisciplinary team that interfaces with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety and Sustainability, our manufacturing partners as well as our customer, you will play a highly impactful role in developing the process of delivering robust solutions to our products. You will set a vision for innovation for the team, build out our strategic vendor partners, mitigate risks with scientific knowhow, prevent catastrophic failures, and ensure smooth scalability of materials validated for the scale of high-volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading development of anodization process to achieve finish and yield for New Product Introduction.
- Expertise in electro-chemical Process- anodization chemistry, finishing process.
- Anodizing Process Management – Optimization of Cosmetic Anodization process, including critical stations of chemical polishing, electrolyte anodizing, dyeing, and sealing unit operations.
- Collaborate with Fixture development and Process Automation teams in developing specifications for new production Introduction cycles.
- Engineering specification and Qualification of Lines – Work Closely with the lines and fixtures teams.
- Design and execute DOEs across R&D and Pilot scale Process development.
- Understanding Customer needs to meet finishing specifications
- Troubleshoot Technical issues and finish operations.
- Interface with etching, shotblasting and color process groups
- Develop SOP’s and train Engineering and Operations team members ensuring safe operations meeting yields.
Qualification:
- Education: BE/MS/PhD – Electrochemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science and Chemistry/
- Industry experience – 15/20 years; Industrial experience Anodization Process Development/Engineering within Aerospace/automotive/electronic industries.
- Chemistry knowledge – knowledge of cleaning, pre-treatment, to achieve high-quality finish is a desired experience.
- Expertise In depth Knowledge of Anodization Process, including distinct types of Anodization, Chemical Bath Chemistry, Process Parameters, Surface Preparation methods.
- Knowledge of hazard handling, Chemical disposal, and waste management
