Company Description

We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Trade Marketing Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Manager at Tradeomatic in Mumbai. The Trade Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy for our personal hygiene, personal care products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, with proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Work Location: Andheri East - Marol (Mumbai, India)


Work Time : 9 am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)



  • Developing trade marketing plans : Planning and executing trade marketing programs for a brand portfolio across channels and regions 


  • Developing trade marketing tools:  Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving trade marketing tools 


  • Developing pricing plans and models: Developing pricing plans and models to help a company achieve profitability, support product positioning, and complement its marketing mix


  • Introducing new products : Planning the introduction of new products and line extensions, including distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising 


  • Managing key accounts : Working with key accounts to drive profitability.


  • Building expertise : Building expertise based on shopper insights, market data, best practices, and stock and sell-out data.


  • Analyzing sales data : Analyzing sales data and monitoring the success of trade marketing activities 


  • Expanding the seller base : Initiating activities to expand the seller base and gain market share 


  • Managing BTL activities : Managing BTL activities to develop engagement with consumers 


Key Qualifications:


  • Experience : 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the FMCG industry, particularly in personal hygiene, personal care, and food categories.
  • Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of trade marketing , product marketing , brand marketing , and e-commerce marketing will be add on.
  • Proficient in market research , consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Education : A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.


Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with managing product launches, retail partnerships, and online marketplaces.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior, trend forecasting, and category management in the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms
