We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Human Resource Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Distribution Manager at Tradeomatic in Mumbai. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for appointing and Source Distributors PAN india and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, overseeing the sales channels for hygiene products, and ensuring timely distribution and delivery of products.
Job Title: Distribution Manager - INDIA
Work Location: Andheri East - Marol (Mumbai, India)
Work Time : 9 am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
Objectives of this Role:
- Sourcing and Appointing of distributors PAN india.
- Development and Implementation of Distribution strategy.
- Formation of Distribution management system.
- Responsible for sales management system.
- Responsible for Distributor data accounting system.
- Experience in managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP
