This role is pivotal in shaping recruitment strategies, optimizing technology and tools, and driving impactful learning and capability-building initiatives across the organization.A Day in the LifeLead Talent Acquisition Operations: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workforce, ensuring SLA adherence and diversity hiring.Enable Technology & Tools: Evaluate and implement tech solutions to support recruitment and learning interventions; ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement.Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HRBPs to develop resourcing plans and align hiring strategies with business goals.Oversee Onboarding & Talent Admin: Ensure seamless onboarding experience and manage operational delivery of learning programs through dashboards and automation.Coach & Develop Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development within the team.What Will Make You SuccessfulEducation & Experience: Masters degree in Business AdministrationExperience in both agency and in-house recruitmentProven success in sourcing for complex rolesSkills & Knowledge:Familiarity with digital/social media tools for recruitmentUnderstanding of talent development, performance frameworks, and learning interventionsExposure to data analytics and HR tech platformsLeadership Attributes:Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsCultural sensitivity and customer orientationCommitment to delivering quality service and driving excellence
