They will also collaborate with business partners to identify and address productivity challenges, focusing on issues arising from device migration during mergers and acquisitions.This role requires a deep understanding of Windows operating systems, as well as expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and automation scripting.The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field, with a strong background in Desktop Experience (DEX) tools and Unified Endpoint Management.In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.Troubleshoot desktop-related issues efficiently using advanced techniques.Utilize knowledge of Windows OS internals to enhance user productivity.Develop automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of desktop systems.Provide expert-level support to end-users addressing technical concerns.
