This leader will oversee and scale three key functions - GTM Enablement, Product Enablement, and Business Operations Enablement to support Everbright's next phase of growth.You'll be responsible for turning our India office into a high-performing execution hub that powers delivery, drives innovation, and enables cross-functional teams to operate at scale. From building new teams and workflows to aligning with U.S. leaders and stakeholders, this is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a strategic operator who thrives in zero-to-one environments. What You'll Do1. Strategy and Leadership● Build and scale Everbright's India operations across GTM, product, and business functions● Hire, coach, and develop functional leaders across all enablement domains● Establish team structures, performance systems, and culture for a fast-scaling office2. Enablement Delivery● Support U.S. GTM initiatives with research, insights, and marketing execution● Lead product enablement across data analysis, QA, project management, and product development – ensuring fast, high-quality product support● Scale business operations support across RCM, finance ops, HR, and IT enablement3. Cross-Functional Execution● Run the Project Management Office (PMO) for key initiatives, task ownership, and deliverables● Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align priorities, workflows, and service-level expectations● Build internal playbooks, systems, and SOPs to ensure speed, quality, and repeatability● Serve as the key operational bridge between India teams and U.S.-based stakeholders4. Performance and Optimization● Set and track KPIs for each enablement stream● Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and team capabilities● Report regularly on progress, outcomes, and areas for investmentRequirementsWhat You Bring● 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, product, and/or GTM enablement● Proven success building cross-functional teams and processes from scratch● Solid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows (RCM, care ops, compliance, etc.)● Experience managing directors or senior managers across functional areas● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams● Operational mindset with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and speedPreferred Qualifications● Deep experience in the U.S. healthcare industry● Experience in digital health, health tech, or healthcare SaaS● Prior experience in U.S. based Product or GTM operations● Experience operating in India ←→ U.S. structures● Strong systems thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsBenefits● Competitive base salary and compelling performance-based incentives (e.g., bonus, equity)● Comprehensive benefits● Hybrid work model with flexibility
