We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.Responsibilities include:Order & Route Management:Review, filter, and audit daily orders for accuracy before dispatching.Generate and adjust delivery routes based on driver availability, location, and delivery windows.Maintain clear documentation and flag discrepancies in real-time.Dispatch & Live Operations:Oversee live routes and delivery flow, tracking pickups, drop-offs, and driver performance.Reassign drivers or routes as needed to maintain coverage and on-time delivery.Monitor photos, timestamps, and compliance with company standards (e.g., hot bags, dress code).Requirements include 2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, dispatch, or last-mile delivery; an analytical and organized mindset; self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative; calm under pressure; tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace; strong communicator; flexible to work evenings or weekends when operations require coverage.
