Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarding & Customs Documentation Specialist located in Tiruppur. The role involves managing day-to-day freight forwarding operations, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of customs documents. The specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, liaising with clients and carriers, and ensuring seamless transportation of goods from origin to destination. Additionally, the role requires efficient handling of shipment tracking and resolution of any logistical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
  • Knowledge of Export processes and procedures
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in customs documentation is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
