Job OverviewSeeking a skilled professional to manage financial tasks, record transactions, and process payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools like Tally and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include:Managing statutory compliances under the Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and RERA Act.Reviewing and finalizing GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and Income Tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.Staying updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and real estate regulatory requirements.Implementing necessary updates in company processes.Tracking and ensuring timely filings with MCA, RERA, GST, and Income Tax authorities.Coordinating responses to statutory notices, assessments, and audits from GST, Income Tax, and RERA departments.Overseeing vendor and client tax compliance, including TDS, GST reconciliation, and input tax credit management.Supporting in the preparation of financial statements, project cost analysis, and MIS reporting for management review.Ensuring compliance in project registrations, quarterly updates, and disclosures as per RERA requirements.Liaising with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants to ensure smooth closure of audits and assessments.Providing advisory support to management on tax planning, risk mitigation, and regulatory matters in the real estate sector.RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:Professional certification in accounting or taxation.Experience with Tally and ERP systems.Knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, and real estate regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for growth and development, with benefits including:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Application ProcessTo apply for this role, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
