We are seeking a Finance Leader to drive our financial operations and support our growth. This strategic role will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses to inform business decisions.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions to minimize risks.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development to drive growth and profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Remote-friendly working arrangement.Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing organization.A collaborative culture with room for growth and leadership development.The ability to directly influence financial strategy and organizational direction.
