Core HR Engineering LeaderWe're looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in building and scaling distributed systems in high-compliance domains. You will play a key role in re-imagining the backbone of our HR ecosystem.About Our Project:Our goal is to create an extensible, use-case–driven architecture that transforms complex systems into scalable, modular platforms.Key Responsibilities:Maintain enterprise-grade stability across global employment, benefits, and compliance workflows.Add new employment models, jurisdictions, and compliance frameworks without disrupting operations.Reduce workflow latency and operational overhead while improving customer satisfaction.Foster collaboration among internal teams to build on top of PEO systems.Requirements:No less than 7 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale systems in high-integrity domains.Deep understanding of domain-driven design, data modeling, and compliance-first architecture.Proven track record of scaling complex regulatory or multi-tenant systems.Ability to drive technical direction, mentor teams, and lead large-scale transformations.Bonus Points:Experience with policy automation frameworks.Familiarity with event sourcing, CQRS, and streaming architectures.Contributions to open-source frameworks in HR or compliance domains.Why This Role Matters:As a core member of our engineering team, you'll have a significant impact on shaping our HR technology.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
