Job Title:Coupa Architect - Global Procurement ExpertPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa architect to join our team as a Global Procurement Expert. In this role, you will design and implement Coupa capabilities supporting global procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead Coupa solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery across SAP and non-SAP systems.Develop strong technical/functional expertise in SAP Source to Pay, including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Direct/Indirect Materials Management.Gather and document business requirements; provide functional inputs to technical teams.Configure global Coupa processes: approvals, custom fields, COA, PO forms, catalogs, suppliers, items, users, and security roles.Manage Coupa configuration and data loads for Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing, Supplier/Material/Accounting master data, and catalogs.Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless Coupa-SAP S/4HANA integrations for transactional and master data.Create functional specs for WRICEF objects.Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing.Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative IT solutions in partnership with business, architecture, and cross-functional teams.Advise stakeholders on SAP standard/new capabilities and identify opportunities for process improvements.Built strong business relationships and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.Requirements:8–10 years of IT experience in end-user, consulting, SI, or product organizations.5+ years of enterprise procurement transformation experience.Engineering degree or Chartered Accountancy required; MBA/PGDM in Finance/IT preferred.7+ years of configuration experience in Coupa/SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management.Experience across Supply Chain, Logistics, OTC, or Finance a plus.Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration, testing, and full-cycle global SAP implementations.Experience with Coupa–S/4HANA global implementations or next-gen transformation programs.Strong learning agility, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Experience managing projects/teams and working with vendor partners.Ability to work effectively in global, cross-cultural environments.SAP functional training/certifications preferred.What We Offer:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
