WE RE HIRING A NETWORK CONSULTANT AT BANGALORE INDIA Excis is a global IT support leader driven by innovation and collaboration We re looking for a proactive Network Consultant with deep expertise in Cisco Software-Defined Access SDA and Software-Defined LAN SD-LAN environments The ideal candidate will lead the design deployment and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure with a strong focus on Cisco DNA Center Cisco ISE and wireless technologies Experience with Cisco Meraki solutions and familiarity with FDA-regulated environments will be considered a strong advantage a Client in 190 countries a 6000 Engineers a 200 Enterprise Clients We foster an open friendly and supportive growth-oriented culture where individuals achievements fuel team success From solving complex IT challenges to celebrating wins together we put our people first Start your journey with Excis and grow with us Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture deployment and lifecycle management of enterprise network solutions focusing on Cisco SDA and SD-LAN implementations Design and implement Cisco DNA Center ISE and TrustSec frameworks to ensure secure scalable and policy-driven network access Provide hands-on configuration troubleshooting and optimization support across multi-site SDA environments Design and enhance enterprise wireless networks leveraging Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers WLCs and Access Points APs Support Cisco Meraki integrations SD-WAN switches access points within hybrid network deployments Ensure compliance with FDA and regulatory standards including network segmentation data protection and documentation requirements Conduct site assessments capacity planning and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including High-Level Designs HLDs Low-Level Designs LLDs and network topology diagrams Collaborate closely with security cloud and application teams to deliver integrated and secure solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the team Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise networking including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Software-Defined Access SDA and SD-LAN In-depth expertise in Cisco DNA Center Cisco ISE LAN Automation SDA Fabric and policy-based access control Strong practical experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches and Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers WLCs Comprehensive understanding of 802 1X TrustSec and network segmentation methodologies Proven experience in Cisco Wireless solutions including RF design deployment and troubleshooting Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki solutions MX MR MS series Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Assurance Preferred Certifications Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Enterprise or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert CCIE - strongly preferred Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN or SDA Cisco Meraki Certification Familiarity with ITIL practices for effective change and incident management Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Effective team player with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities Self-driven and organized able to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently Work Environment Hybrid model 3 days per week on-site at client premises in Bangalore May involve occasional travel to customer or data center locations Must be able to operate within regulated environments and adhere to strict documentation and compliance standards Benefits At Excis your work matters You ll be part of a dynamic hands-on team where your technical expertise directly enhances user satisfaction and operational success We offer a supportive environment that encourages professional growth continuous learning and collaboration across diverse technologies Enjoy competitive compensation and the chance to contribute to a global IT leader that values innovation and excellence Ready to make a difference and grow your career Apply now to join Excis in Bangalore India and be at the forefront of IT support excellence
