Job Description:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Deals directly with customers to ensure that company delivers highest standard of service for addressing customer issues.• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service related inquiries and complaints.• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.• Provide pricing & delivery information to end users.• Maintain data related to collections pertaining to Services & Spares and follow up with customers there by ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues.• Responsible for timely updation of data related to customer service applications & related software's.• Set up new customer accounts in internal systems & perform customer verifications and checks.• Directs requests, complaints and unresolved issues to the designated resource.• Manage & maintain customer accounts and keep record of administrative reports & documentation including Onsite Activity Forms, Commissioning Reports & TER Reports from FSE's and relevant departments.• Keep record of customer interactions & transactions from time to time.• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and action taken.• Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards.• Inform management on product service issues as observed through interaction with clients.• Other duties as assigned from time to time.• Responsible for account and balance reconciliation of existing customers.
