OneCap is a VC backed AI-powered FinOps startup that helps businesses streamline finance operations. We’re scaling rapidly with customers and ecosystem partners across India. Role Overview We’re looking for Customer Success Associates with 1+ year of experience in finance or customer-facing roles. You’ll work closely with product & sales teams and customers to drive smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term success on OneCap’s AI-driven platform. Key Responsibilities • Lead customer onboarding and implement finance workflows on the OneCap platform. • Understand processes like payables, receivables, and reconciliations to guide and support customers. • Conduct product demos, training sessions, and gather feedback to enhance adoption. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve user experience. • Track engagement, analyze usage patterns, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer success practices. Requirements • B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA with 1+ year of experience in accounting, finance operations or customer success. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. • Analytical, empathetic, and strong interest in automation in finance. • Experience with SaaS/ERP tools is a plus.
