As a Key Account Manager for the Retail Sales vertical, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and retain the old clients.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new accounts per annum with a minimum margin per account.
Retaining the old clients by meeting them periodically.
Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts to grow the business.
Build deep relationships with clients, identify their investment goals, and offer solutions that best match their needs.
Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met.
Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
Cross selling of other products like Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance.
Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT.
Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analyzing information & recommending portfolios.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Related Field.
NISM/NCFM Certification as applicable.
Minimum 1 year of client acquisition experience in financial services, preferably with a stock broking firm or bank.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client acquisition targets.
Knowledge on Equity is a must
Strong understanding of Retail Sales strategies and financial products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
