Global Key Account Manager

We have a solid user base of 300K+ event organizers and 20M monthly event seekers.
Responsibilities:
- To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- To look after the sales part by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; and recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by keeping a watch on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales executive or Key Account Manager.
- Flexibility to work particularly in US time zones to effectively collaborate with events organizers in that region.
- Language proficiency.
- Presentation Skills.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
