As the Head of Talent Acquisition and take your career to new heights. As a key player in the organization, you will lead our recruitment efforts, driving strategies to attract top technology talent, build exceptional teams, and optimize costs.

What You‘ll Do:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to on-boarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top technology talent, while optimizing costs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic talent solutions, meeting the monthly manpower requirement.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts, adding value to the process.
Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes.
Work on HR automated tools to drive continuous improvement, bring in changes and optimize the user experience.

What You‘ll Bring:
Minimum 20 to 22 years of proven experience in leading talent acquisition functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience in technology hiring.
Proven experience in hiring volumes in technology space
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology and data analytics to drive recruitment outcomes.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Experience from IT services industries are preferred who are immediate joiners.
Work Location : Chennai & Work from office model.
