Role Description
We are seeking an HR intern for a paid internship position with the opportunity for conversion as an FTE.

Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new associates, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining associate records and updating HR databases.
Help organize associates training and development programs.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Provide support for associates relations activities.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR functions.
