About the internship:

Are you looking to kickstart your career in human resources? Join our team at Vacancy Factor as a Human Resources intern As an English-proficient candidate with strong skills in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.

3. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

4. Assist with organizing training and development programs for employees.

5. Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

6. Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.

7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
