Role Description

We are seeking an HR intern for a paid internship position with the opportunity for conversion as an FTE.


  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new associates, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining associate records and updating HR databases.
  • Help organize associates training and development programs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide support for associates relations activities.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.


Qualifications


  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR functions.
