Responsibilities
 Focus on Customer Service with timely and effective communication with the customers and suppliers for improving the delivery of the material.
 Communicating with Suppliers for the resale goods readiness and arranging the material as per timeline with the help of cross functioning teams.
 Able to read & Understand Product drawings.
 Technical clarification to be cleared with customer/sales/Vendors in defined timeline.
 Ontime submission of offers within defined timeline.
 Providing dispatch clearance and approvals to Logistics team.
 Follow up for packing & on time dispatch.
 Ensure OA/PI submission within defined timeline
 Update the Trading Orders review file on weekly basis.
 To ensure the OTIF>90%

Qualification:
Diploma in Ceramics / Mechanical,
AutoCad must

Minimum Years of Experience : 1-4 Years

Nature of Experience years: Ceramics / Sanitaryware / Refractories Industry Preferable
