Job Title: Director Academics
Area: Academics
Location: Pune
Reporting to: Dean Academics

Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic direction of the university, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role is responsible for reviewing of curriculum to ensure it means the demands of regulatory bodies and industry, monitoring of quality in academic delivery processes and to utilise student feedback to suggest and implement improvements in the overall academic environment.

Support in formulation andexecution of academic strategy
Operational
Implement academic policies and procedures in accordance with vision and mission of the University and in compliance with the requirements laid down by regulatory bodies.
Drive initiatives for curriculum innovation and promoting changes in pedagogy to make the teaching-learning process more learning centric.
Implement and monitor mechanisms for quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with faculty to implement effective formative assessment practices that contribute to student development.
Any other responsibility as assigned by Dean Academics.
