Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef (Indian) at Manas Resort, Igatpuri. The Sous Chef should have a creative mind and be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation of food, and managing kitchen operations.

Qualifications
Experience in Indian cuisine and cooking
Knowledge of traditional Indian recipes and cooking techniques
Expertise in preparing and presenting Indian dishes
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong culinary and creative skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality and hygiene standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
