Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef (Indian) at Manas Resort, Igatpuri. The Sous Chef should have a creative mind and be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation of food, and managing kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Indian cuisine and cooking
- Knowledge of traditional Indian recipes and cooking techniques
- Expertise in preparing and presenting Indian dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong culinary and creative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
