Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef (Indian) at Manas Resort, Igatpuri. The Sous Chef should have a creative mind and be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation of food, and managing kitchen operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Indian cuisine and cooking
  • Knowledge of traditional Indian recipes and cooking techniques
  • Expertise in preparing and presenting Indian dishes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong culinary and creative skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality and hygiene standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
