Job Description:

As a Cold Calling Lead Generation Specialist at Reckonsys, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for initiating meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our services can address their challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Reckonsys‘s services and solutions.
2. Identify decision-makers within target organizations and establish rapport to understand their business needs.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation campaigns.
6. Continuously refine and improve cold calling scripts and approaches based on feedback and results.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position Reckonsys in the market.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in outbound cold calling and lead generation, preferably in the IT services or consulting industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
7. Bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
