We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team, primarily focusing on non-IT (70%) and IT (30%) hiring activities, while also contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Non-IT Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various non-IT roles such as administration, sales, marketing, operations, etc.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer negotiations.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
IT Recruitment:
Work closely with IT managers to identify technical staffing requirements.
Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent in areas such as software development, cybersecurity, IT support, etc.
Conduct technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates‘ skills.
Facilitate the hiring process for IT positions from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster a positive work culture.
Actively listen to employee feedback and suggest improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Recruitment Administration:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with exposure to both non-IT and IT hiring.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Passion for employee engagement and creating a positive work environment.
