Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled andexperienced Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic andfastpaced
team. As a Tech Recruiter with 4 to 6 years ofexperience in contract hiring you will play a
crucialrole in identifying attracting and onboarding top technical talentto support our
companys growth. This position will focuson contract and temporary staffing needs within
ourorganization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identifyand attract
highcaliber technical professionals forcontract and temporary positions. This may
includeutilizing job boards social media professional networks referralsand other
methods.

2. Screening andEvaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments includingresume
reviews phone screenings and inperson or videointerviews. Assess candidates
technical skills experienceand cultural fit within the organization.
3. ClientCollaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and otherstakeholders
to understand their staffing needs createjob descriptions and develop a clear
understanding of thedesired candidate profiles.
4. Talent Pipelining: Buildand maintain a talent pipeline of technical professionalsto
ensure a quick response to hiringdemands.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positivecandidate experience throughout the
recruitment processfrom initial contact to onboarding by providingclear
communication and guidance.
6. ContractNegotiation: Negotiate employment terms and conditions withcandidates
and contractors ensuring they align withcompany guidelines and regulations.
7. Compliance: Stayupdated on labor laws regulations and employmenttrends
ensuring that all recruitment processes adhere tolegal requirements.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurateand organized candidate records including
applicanttracking and management systems.
9. Reporting: Generateregular reports and metrics to track recruitmentactivities
candidate pipelines and timetofillmetrics.
10.Continuous Improvement: Continuously improveand optimize the recruitment
process by identifying areasfor enhancement and implementing bestpractices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business or a related field.
46 years ofproven experience in technical recruiting with a specific focuson
contract and temporary staffing.
Strongknowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written andverbal.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systemsand other HR software.
Familiarity with employment lawsand regulations particularly in the context of
contracthiring.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and everchangingenvironment.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
Adept at building relationships withhiring managers candidates andother
stakeholders.
Resultsdriven andmetricsoriented approach to recruitment.
