Overview:
As a Functional Training Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and
efficiency of our workforce by designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training
programs. Your primary focus will be on developing training initiatives that enhance employees‘
skills, knowledge, and performance within their respective functional areas. You will collaborate
closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and HR to identify training needs, create
engaging content and deliver impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Analysis
2. Training Program Development
3. Content Creation and Curriculum Management
4. Training Delivery and Facilitation
5. Performance Evaluation and Measurement
6. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Training & Development, Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery,
preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, and training
techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), multimedia authoring tools, and other training.
technologies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
Certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) are a plus.
