Overview:

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Training Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecommunications industry and a passion for developing and implementing effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Program Development:

- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our telecom processes.

- Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in technology, processes, and industry standards.

- Training Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees.

- Utilize various training methods, including classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.

- Performance Monitoring:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training strategies.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the operations and HR teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and training outcomes.

- Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in the telecommunications industry.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for telecom processes.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Proficient in using training tools and technologies, including LMS (Learning Management Systems).

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Attributes:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
